Skating Penguin DecoupageCompleted by Jenny Walton

I printed the images onto heavyweight card and cut them out. I put a star background onto a square cream card blank and added a 'cookies for santa' ribbon down the side of the card.

I decoupaged the penguin and then added 3 of the stars down the left side and decoupaged those with foam pads too.

Very quick and simple to make with lots of options.
