Another of Carol's cute cards. The printed base image is attached to deckle card with dst and the decoupage and three paper snowflakes are attached with sticky pads.

I used Star Dust Stickles on the penguin's hats and a little in squiggles on the snow at the bottom, Waterfall Stickles on the blue tree and Holly Stickles on the green tree.

The card is colourful and cheery. Perfect for Christmas.
