The Little Christmas Penguin DecoupageCompleted by Patricia Margaret Lewis

Printed out onto glossy photo paper and cut out images. Covered the front of an A5 red card with cup91933 matching backing sheet, printed out onto matt paper.

Layered penguin with foam pads, put glue on final layer of his hat and then sprinkled with red glitter I used polar white flowersoft on top layer of white fur on hat.

Edged around main image with silver star peel off border and made a frame around edge of backing paper with black and silver borders with silver star corners.

I made a greetings plaque out of same red card, mounted on foam pads and edged with silver peel offs, used irridescent sparkle glitter glue ontop of letters of greeting.

I love this little penguin and I don't think he could fail to make you smile.
