After cutting out my picture,i stuck the main picture to a 5x6inch card,then i decoupaged up the pengiun,i then went all around the outside of the card with some shinney red snowflaks,i glittered the hat with red and white,colour glitter on the ribbons on his parcels,and finished off with sticking a Merry Christmas on with silicone glue.
