I downloaded onto 200grm photo paper and cut out all the elements. I glued a piece of white pearlescent paper to a card blank approximately 210 x 150mm (8 x 6in), using roller tape adhesive.

Then glued the main card front to that.

I attached the remaining elements and sentiment using 2mm thick foam adhesive pads.
