Happy Feet Festive FunCompleted by Nicky Rodrich

I took an 14 piece of white card and folded it in half. I then place the base topper in the centre of the card (landscape way). I decoupaged all of the penquins.

For the finishing touches, I gave each penquin some googly eyes and white pompoms on the hats. 2 sparkly snowflakes in the top corners to give that extra glam.
