OccasionI matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card, with d/s tape and stuck onto a White Pearl card base.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
To finish the card I added Glitter to the Snow and Snowflakes, tied a Silver Bow and added to the top corner with glue gel.
The inside was finish with the Matching insert, and the card back was finished with a small Matching Topper and Handmade.
There are Three Greeting Tags for this card, which are matted onto Silver Mirri card, with d/s tape and Glittered, then added with foam tape.
