I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white C5 card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with yellow glitter glue to poinsettia centres, a gold embossed pearlescent star and a green gem to bow.
A gorgeous, cute design.
