I cut both the backing sheet and the red card blank with a decorative edge. I matted the sentiment onto green card stock and cut to leave a narrow border.After mounting the backing sheet I added the sentiment and the decoupaged puppy and kitten topper.

To complete the card I used some polar white "flower soft" on the santa hat edge and bobble.
