Xmas Meerkats Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Jaynescards

I printed this out onto matt inkjet card. Cut around the decoupage and added using sticky foam pads. I mounted the topper straight onto a white card base and added a red merry christmas peeloff.

I glittered the meerkats rim and bauble on the their hats and the collar and cuffs of their coat.
