I enlarged the sentiment before I printed twice on matte card, wet glued the first picture to a matching base card then cut out the scalloped picture and holly and used as the first layer of decoupage using foam squares.

I used light gold glitter on the edges of the scallops on the bows, sentiment and on the top of the card then finished with the gems.
