Ice Skating Chloe Card with DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Tully

I printed the design onto good quality card and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a dark blue card and added the decoupage using silicone gel....I then added some glitter to the snowflakes...this is a gorgeous design.
