Jingle Bells all the Way!
I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, because I wanted to mount it on a arch shape card I trimmed away the background, decoupaged with foam pads, added red glass flat bead for berries, I tied ruffled ribbon through holes in the top and ties 4 bells to one end of the cord and the bells really jingle.
