Cats in Santa's Hats Wish You a Purrrfect Christmas + InsertCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
