I printed onto onto Crafty Bob Paper. I cut out all the elements. I stuck card front onto a card. I used double sided tape to layer the elements onto the main card.

I put some of my bling onto the large bow, on the big bow and a black collar around the neck of the cat to make it look ike a collar.
