Puppy Dog Kisses Step by Step with BookmarkCompleted by Vicki Clark

This card is just so cute! I used tartan ribbon down one side of a red pearlised card base then attached base layer of card. I decoupaged elements with a combination of dimensional glue and foam dots before finishing with some gems to the tree ornaments.

I used some peel off gold border around the "love, hugs..." layer.
