I printed out the design onto crafty bob's premium glossy photo paper. I cut out all of the pieces. The main bit of the design I decoupaged onto green card then red stripey paper and attached this to an 8" x 8" cream card blank.

I then decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue. I added some decoupaged buttons and a strip to add a sentiment for decoration.
