The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a green card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of gold mirri card and added the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used one of the greetings on the sheet and added buttons and embroidery thread to decorate. I used red gems and gold peel off corners to decorate the topper and sprayed the card with glitter spray to finish.
