Santa Has BeenCompleted by Lynda Tully

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I mounted the main topper onto a gold card and added the decoupage using foam pads.To finish the card I added a little glitter to the tree lights and decorations.
