The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a red pearlesent card as my base. I used a piece of pink Christmas tree backing paper and created a panel on the card.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel. I used a ribbon, gem, card candy and glitter spray to decorate.
