I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a blue base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a little Christmas tree embelishment...this is a gorgeous design.
