I printed the sheet onto good quality glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I took a 7x7 white card blank as my base card and matted and layered using gold mirri. I adhered the mirri and topper using double sided tape. I decoupaged the topper using glue gel and added some silver gems to the stars and dotted them around the sky. I added one of the sentiments, adhered using foam pads and finished off the card by adding green gems to the corners.
