printed out twice onto photo card and used one for the main picture and the other for decoupage. The centre piece I cut out to make a 'plaque' and the candle layers are built up using silicone glue to get the right shape.

Added a bow and a bell just to give the card a finished look. For the candle wicks I used florescent teardrop beads which look quite realistic.
