Christmas Bells with Holly Oval Fancy - Decoupage TopperCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I cut out all the pieces for this card and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage and stuck gold strips around the card. I finished by adding the Happy christmas message.
