This lovely topper will fit the front of an 8" x 8" card blank but can be made smaller in any graphic programme.
Quick to make with easy decoupage. Add glitter, gems, bows for some added christmas sparkle or just leave it plain and simple ..... the choice is yours!

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto black then lime green card before placing onto a white card blank using DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with black gems.
