Printed onto Gloss photo Paper. Cut out the elements, and stuck the Topper to a Lilac Matte, and then used DST to attach the Topper to a white scalloped edge card.

Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I put Glitter on the Ribbons and Bows.

I then stuck different coloured gems into the middle of the Bows. A lovely design.
