Vintage Children at Christmas Decoupage TopperCompleted by Wenona Elie

I printed this lovely sheet onto 280 gsm card. I decoupaged the pieces using 3mm square foam pads. I then folded in half an A4 size card and folded the front of the card in half again. I covered the strip with green glitter paper. I mounted the topper onto gold mirror board using 3mm foam pads before attaching it to the front strip of the card.

I then glittered to finish.
