I printed off the design onto Crafty Bob's Premium matte photo paper then cut out all of the elements.

I matt and layered the main bit of the design onto red card then attached it to an 8" square white card blank that had been rounded at the top and covered in striped patterned paper.

I decoupaged the smaller pieces using silicone glue.
