I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Gold Mirri, Pearl Green, White with Green Text card. The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Glitter, Green Pearls and a Insert inside.
