I printed a blue backing sheet from a CD onto an A4 sheet of white card I decal edged the card with a rotary cutter.

The sheet was printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out and the base picture was mounted onto silver mirri card.This was mounted onto the base card with sticky pads then the decoupage added.

The message tag was stuck with double sided tape to the bottom of the card.

Some narrow silver ribbon was added to he spine of the card, tied into a small bow and some blue baubles stuck to the tails of the bow and a blue holly spray added to the corner of the main picture to finish.
