I chose a matt silver card blank and added the base image towards the bottom. I cut out and made up the decoupage elements with silicon glue.

After adding one of the supplied greetings tags at the top of the card I highlighted parts of the ladies dress and greeting with irridescent glitter glue.

Very pretty and stylish card.
