I used red card for the base.Then I matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of gold metalic card with foam tape, and used foam tape to attach both to base card.I did the same with the little tag,and added Merry Christmas peel offs.After layering up the decoupage, I sprinkled the snow areas with white glitter, and added gold corner peel offs to finish
