Printed onto matte photo card plus extra sheets for extra layers. Cut out all elements. Made white 6"x 6" basic card and attached inner and main image to front. Decoupaged main image using 2mm sticky pads and then silicone glue for the little girl. Attached greeting using 2mm sticky pads.
A really sweet card and simple to make.
