Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a 8x8 scalloped card, then I added a glittery blue border all round the edges, to finish y card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful Christmas design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
