Christmas Girl and Her BellCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I attached the Topper to a white card. I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used Red Glitter and Green Glitter on aspects of the card. A very nice design and easy to make up.
