Frozen Stream 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed out the design twice onto some good quality smooth paper then cut out all of the pieces. I used a square blue card blank as a base. I die cut four shapes in white and attached them to the back of my main design piece.

This was added to the centre of the card. I decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue. Glitter was added for decoration.
