The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.

A red foil backing panel was added to a 7x7 card, then the image was adhered with foam tape.

The other elements were added with foam pads.

To finish the card I added a printed verse inside the card, two sentiment tags, stickles glitter and a matching bow.
