Silk Framed Poinsettia with Scalloped EdgeCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I covered card stock with a white crystal paper. I printed and cut out the file and stuck the base card on to the card. I assembled the decoupage and added the "Seasons Greetings" message at the bottom right corner.
