I printed this gorgeous design on Navigator paper twice as I wanted some extra decoupage. I cut everything out and used dst to attach topper to a 6 x 6 card blank. I used foam pads to attach decoupage and edged the card with sparkly border peel offs.

To finish I added small gems to the centre of the flowers. A quick and easy card to make than can be used for numerous occasions.
