The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a white 6x6 linen card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.

I used a peeloff greeting a chipboard embellishment and glitter spray to decorate.
