Cute Santa Holiday Topper (Card Three)Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to matt gold card, then to a scalloped edge white square card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal glitter to hat and a holly wreath to top centre of card, a lovely design.
