Winter Snowscene with lace border and Holly. I have designed this card front with an extra decoupage lace border for you to add as an extra frame to the picture.
Cut out the card front and attach to a blank card the cut out frame and cut out white centre.
Attach to card with foam pads or silicone glue

I printed the sheet and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
