I started by printing and cutting the various images and added the base picture onto a square white card blank. Using silicone glue I then layered the remaining pieces.

Printed on Glossy Photo Paper & Cut out the Decoupage & mounted using 3d Pads. Glued to a 20cm x 20cm White card & added peel off stars for a boarder.
