This pretty Christmas topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for the sentiment.
printed this on satin paper cut out chose a white card and tent fold rounded the bottom edges cut a piece of red mirror card and stuck this to base added a red wide ribbon down left side the added decoupage and some sparkle to finish.
