Winter Fan

I printed the design sheet on to photo paper. I used double stick tape to place it on colored card stock. Since the design sheet was larger than what a half fold card stock would be I decided to make it an over the edge card.

I used blue green card stock and went around the edges with silver foil border. I then used foam pads to make the 3-D effect with the clip art pieces. I added crystal dementional paint to the snow and sprinkled a little crystal glitter on top of that. On the tips of the fan I used dementional black glitter paint. I loved the design.

It is a great card to do -so pretty.
