Winter Silhouettes with Decoupage FlowersCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design, at an angle, to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a greeting using thin foam tape.
