Winter Walk Decoupage TopperCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I printed the base image and one of the dimensions on glossy photo paper. I used Glossy Accent on the robin. The base image was attached to a pink embossed card. I raised the dimension with a thick piece of chipboard.

A Happy Anniversary greeting plate that I die cut and raised with foam strips was added to the bottom of the card.

The finishing touches are light pink jewels. Lovely image. This makes a wonderful anniversary card and can be used for other occasions.
