Placed topper on to a white A5 card and edged with peel-offs. Layered all elements,and glittered some areas.
Added a bow, some punched snowflakes and a greeting to finish
Made a matching base card with the sentiment and printed on matte card, I added the decoupage with foam squares then finished with mint glitter on the edge of the picture, sentiment and hats and red on the baubles and liquid pearls on the stars.
