Blue Snowmen Happy Christmas Dl Topdown Step by Step
I have designed this DL topper as a simple decoupage topper that is top down vertical, with up to 3 extra layers and the base layer.
Simply cut out the base layer, that has been sized slightly smaller then true DL this is so it can fit on your card easy and you can still matt and layer behind it, then you cut out the next layer and finally the elements to add, use 3D glue or foam to give alttle height and simply add you own bow to finish the topper.

I used a similar coloured card blank and matted the base layer onto gold mirror card and added a White feather, I used large foam pads to add it to the card base.
I added the inset layer with foam pads and then the 2 layers of bow decoupage.
I embellished with red Stickles on the berries and Pinflair glitter wand on the snowflakes, bow and snowmans' hat's & scarves.
I added gold peel off snowflakes to the bottom of the card.
