I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto coloured card and mounted it onto white stock card then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added two little pearls to the sentiment...a gorgeous design.
